My name is Rita Ester and I’m the former top Marketing Director for the US & Canadian markets.

Here’s how it works:
Once you choose the package that fits your needs the best, click the “book now” button.
A 50% deposit is required to hold your space and get started on your new website.
You’ll be taken to a secure payment area at PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal balance if you have one or with any debit or credit card.
The fun begins!
You’ll automatically be redirected to an exclusive clients-only section of my main website at RitaEster.com.
First, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire that will help me discover the look, feel, colors and branding for your own custom website.
My team will set up your private project management area where you and your team can log in at any time to check on the progress of your site, communicate with our team and leave feedback.
Then we launch!
Once the final design is approved and the remainder of the deposit is paid, you’ll be given a packet with your login details & passwords.
We will meet over Skype or Zoom to hold your Power Hour to train your Marketing Director on how to use the system.
During this time, you and your team will be able to ask any questions you may have.
You’ll also receive a personalized video to show you how to make minor changes on your site without breaking anything.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take?
You’ll have your site within two weeks of submitting your deposit. This depends on you having all of your content ready to go for all of the pages of your site.
What content do I need to have ready?
You’ll need content for your “Home” “About” “Opportunity” and any other pages that require content. If you need help with writing it out, I have a copywriter on the team to assist you.
Can I update my site with new material?
Of course! The 60-minute “Power Hour” will show you how you can add blog posts, training videos and more to your new site. You’ll also get a custom video training where I walk you through step-by-step on how to update your site that you can refer back to at any time.
How do I get started?
To get started, click the “BOOK NOW” button underneath the plan you’ve selected. You’ll be taken to a secure payment gateway to submit your deposit.
A 50% deposit is required to get started on your project. The remainder is due within 2 weeks or your site’s completion, whichever comes first.
Once your site is complete, you’ll get access to all of the passwords, email access and everything else you need to have full control over your new website.
What is your refund policy?
Your deposit is non-refundable.
Do you offer ongoing support?
You get 30 days of free support with your program along with video trainings to walk you through everything you need to know for your site.
If you require additional support, for $300 per month, you get up to 10 hours of support. Each additional hour is $65 per hour.
